Three officers were injured in clashes between police and anti-capitalist protesters as violence erupted in central London last night.
A patrol car was also set alight when demonstrators ran riot through the streets during the annual Million Mask March.
Lines of officers had fireworks and bottles hurled at them as they tried to contain the activists, many wearing the Guido masks of the Anonymous group.
